I have used the real time quotes for many months now and it always seemed to work just fine (thank you!), but for about the last 2 or 3 weeks when I try to get a quote I just get the tabs at the top (sometimes) and everything below seems to be a black/grey background the info doesn't load (no chart, quote, etc.) and the green "loading bar" at the bottom of the IE goes about 1/2 way then that's it. Sometimes if I click it persistently it will come up but doesn't necessarily come up as real time and considering all the time it takes to eventually view something it is hardly worth it. I tried clearing my temp internet files as sometimes is a problem but didn't seem to help. Any insight as to why I can't get quotes now? Over the course of 5 or 6 hours trying intermittently I might be able to view a quote 4 or 5 times...this morning for two hours now I was able to view a quote once.
I get mail from news@vantagewire.com all the time so you must have my email address already, but I don't see anything about the email you mentioned with settings directions (even from another XXX@vantagewire.com)which aparpently was sent a couple of hours ago. I did check the junk folder...maybe try again?
I am also unable to get any quotes after initial registering and following email confirmation. Trying to get a real time quote is not working at all. Whenever I click on the prompt for the required exchange agreement a message that I am not logged in appears even though I am. I allow 3rd party cookies with Firefox. VantageWire.com and quotemedia.com are in the 3rd party cookie list. Also have tried IE browser with the same result.
What else do I need to do to get past this problem?
