Adding Vantagewire to your e-mail address book

Why should I add news@vantagewire.com to my e-mail address book?

Many of the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) such as MSN Hotmail, AOL and Yahoo have created programs that allow their subscribers greater control over what appears in their inboxes. Filters can now be set according to the user's preferences to prevent SPAM from reaching the inbox. Along the way, however, these filters can block e-mails you do wish to receive, like e-mail from Vantagewire, unless you add Vantagewire to your e-mail address book.

For Gmail
1.  Go to "Settings"
2.  Click on the "Filter" tab
3.  Click on "Create New Filter" and type in the email address news@vantagewire.com

4.  Click on Next Step
5.  Select "Never Send to Spam"

6.  Click "Create Filter"

How Do I Add Vantagewire to My E-mail Address Book?
Go to the Microsoft Website and follow the directions there to add Vantagewire to your main Address Book. The email address to add is news@vantagewire.com.

For MSN/Hotmail Subscribers:
1. Log into your hotmail account on the hotmail website (www.hotmail.com)
2. You will see 'Options' on the right hand side.
3. Click on it.
4. Click on the 'Mail' tab on the left hand column.
5. Click on 'Junk E-Mail Protection.'
6. Click on 'Mailing Lists' or 'Safe List.'
7. Under 'Type a single e-mail address,' type in news@vantagewire.com
8. click 'add,' then click 'OK.'

For Yahoo Subscribers:
1. Click the 'Addresses' button to open your address book in the Yahoo browser
2. Click the 'Add' button
3. Type news@vantagewire.com in the E-mail field, and then click the Save button

For AOL Subscribers:
1. Click the 'Address Book' button to open your address book in the AOL browser
2. Click the 'Add Contact' button
3. Type news@vantagewire.com in the Screen Name field, and then click 'Save'

For Earthlink Subscribers:
1. Click the 'Address Book' button to open your address book in the Earthlink browser
2. Click the 'Add Contact' button (if you use EarthLink 5.0, click the 'Add' button)
3. Type news@vantagewire.com in the e-mail address field, and then click 'OK'

To add the sender to your Netscape or Mozilla address book:
1. Click on the highlighted name and email address (sometimes only the address is shown, which should be news@vantagewire.com) on top of the message, next to "From:".
2. Select 'Add to Address Book' from that menu.
3. Type in "news@vantagewire.com.' in the email field
4. Select OK.
